Hark and herald, we’ve got a slate of holiday happenings for our extended beer family. From Christmas Day (our Green Flash Hanukkah/Christmas dinner) to our Boxing Day Coat Drive (bring a coat, get a pint!) all the way up through New Year’s Eve (two ticket options) and our special New Year’s Day brunch, we’ve got you covered for the next couple of weeks. December 25th, 1-4 p.m. Green Flash Beer Dinner (ticket link)
A $25 ticket (tip, taxes and beer/wine separate) will get you a family-style dinner of kale salad with hazelnuts apple and blackpepper cider vinaigrette, onion thyme bread pudding, toasted prime rib with wild mushroom jus and shaved horsradish, rosemary maple glazed ham, skillet bread, caramelized honey turnips, and spiced pear cake.
December 31st, 6-9 p.m. Early Bird New Year’s Eve Dinner (ticket link)

This ticketed event (you must buy in advance!) will get you an open bar (beer/wine) from 9 p.m. until the ball drops at midnight. You’ll be toasting in 2012 with your best beer buds, so don’t miss out on the fun.
Finally, we are offering our special beer cocktails and brunch on New Year’s Day from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Join us for the likes of Bahn-mi biscuit: crispy pork belly and poached eggs, rice wine pickles, Thai basil, Sriracha hollandaise; smoked kippers and crackers, served with local radishes and sweet butter pickles; Banana-Pecan Oatmeal Brulee; Cured Arctic char with dill cream, capers, pickled onions and mizuna; Shrimp and grits with heritage bacon; and our famous Black and Tan griddle cakes: ale batter pancakes, bananas, salted stout-caramel sauce, curry spiced pretzels, cocoa and powdered sugar; among others… For reservations call 212-982-3006.
