Brunch Much? Jimmy’s No. 43 Launches Weekend Biscuit & Beer Brunch

Starting this weekend (9/24-25), Jimmy’s No. 43 launches a brunch menu fit for a king! Featuring a biscuit focus, the menu is a product of Tchoup Shop’s Chef Simon Glenn, who brings his Louisiana-stylings to create a tasty array of “Firsts,” “Mains,” and “Sides” to please beer lovers and brunch lovers alike. Some of the menu options include (subject to market availability):

  • Smoked kippers and crackers, served with local radishes and sweet butter pickles
  • Banana-Pecan Oatmeal Brulee
  • Cured Arctic char with dill cream, capers, pickled onions and mizuna
  • Shrimp and grits with heritage bacon
  • Mushroom-leek Croque Madame on brioche
  • Banh Mi Biscuit: crispy pork belly and poached eggs, served with rice wine pickles, Thai basil and Sriracha hollandaise
  • Black and Tan griddle cakes: ale batter pancakes, bananas, salted stout-caramel sauce, curry spiced pretzels, cocoa and powdered sugar
  • Ham and eggs on a biscuit with coffee porter, red-eye gravy
  • Sides include biscuits, bacon, grits, creamed kale and more

Of course, great craft beer will be ready to accompany your meal, so come join us on the weekend from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and get your brunch on!
